Ramona Younan
Meet Ramona, the Manager of Vocational Education and Training (VET) at eWorks.
Ramona has more than 12 years’ experience in the VET industry, specialising in training and education, designing, and validating accredited and non-accredited courses and qualifications for most Victorian TAFEs. Ramona has also advised government agencies and industry bodies on industry-relevant assessment practices.
Ramona brings a learner-centred approach. She understands diverse learner needs and has developed professional development programs to meet the varying learning challenges within VET. Ramona's passion lies in accessible learning opportunities, especially for those experiencing long-term learning challenges.
Ramona holds a Bachelor of Business (Commercial Law) from Victoria University and a Master of Professional Education and Training from Deakin University.
Her favourite quote, "Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence," by Vince Lombardi, resonates with her perfectionist approach to work.
