Mark Robertson
Mark is eWorks’ Service Delivery Manager, ensuring the organisation meets its service level agreements, offers value-added services to clients, and renews managed service agreements.
Mark has more than 25 years of experience in the education industry, designing effective learning and development courses and enhancing LMS platforms and content. He has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of clients and speaks at numerous conferences.
Mark is enthusiastic about learning and development, instructional design, project management, enterprise learning management systems, eLearning, and course design. He is committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients receive the best solutions for their needs.
He holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Monash University.
Outside work, Mark enjoys boating, scuba diving, and motorcycling.
