Katie Proy
Katie is an exceptional business development team leader with more than 15 years of industry experience and a strong foundation in corporate business development in the construction, property development, and engineering sectors. As the Head of Business Development, she is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for customer acquisition strategies, commercial development, and overseeing partnership opportunities and stakeholder relations.
Passionate about the further education sector, Katie leverages her expertise to identify new business opportunities and foster strategic partnerships, driving innovation and growth. Her diverse interests and well-rounded background make her a dynamic and accomplished leader of the business development department and a valuable team member of eWorks.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Business (Event Management and Marketing) from La Trobe University and a Diploma in Project Management from Swinburne University.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys cooking and renovating her home in regional Victoria.
